leadershipThe U4Society Academic Leadership programme is a training course for top-level executives in university management in one of our five co-operative universities. After 3 successful rounds of the U4Society leadership program, a new cycle of the programme will be launched in September 2020.

This high-profile programme allows our university leaders (both from academia and administration) to strengthen their skills in leadership and to learn more about university management in today's increasingly international, complex and competitive environment.

Rapid global changes together with increasing demands on accountability, efficiency and transparency have placed greater emphasis on the activities of reporting, analyzing, measuring, monitoring and evaluation. These demands have in turn led to more complex university organizational structures, greater specialization and increased professionalization of roles. All together this increasingly complex situation places continuously rising demands on university leaders.

Aims
  • Increase U4Society cooperation with a focus on strategic leadership
  • Create international leadership networks inside the U4Society Network
  • Develop and share knowledge, skills and experiences of current leadership issues and solutions within a trusted environment
