Groningen Staff Training 2019 1 smallFrom 13 to 17 May 2019, the University of Groningen will organize its 5th Erasmus+ Staff week. The theme of this event will be ‘The ideal research support office’.

Different aspects of the question ‘How is research supported at universities?’, will be highlighted. The main topics will be:

Graduate Schools
How are the Graduate schools organised and how do they operate? How does the university support PhD students and give them a platform to develop themselves as researchers and prepare them for their future career?

Research Impact & Open Science
How can we enhance and measure the academic and societal impact of research? Open access becomes a more and more familiar concept, but how do you realize openness in research?
